Cody I. Paul is the founding attorney of C Paul Law Firm P.C. LLC and is licensed to practice law in Georgia, New York, and New Jersey. His career spans complex personal injury litigation, catastrophic injury cases, employment law, high-value insurance claims, and business disputes. With experience managing cases from investigation through trial, Cody brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to every matter the firm handles.

He has overseen and directed litigation involving serious bodily injury, discrimination and retaliation claims, insurance bad faith, workplace violations, internal investigations, and complex coverage disputes. Cody has negotiated significant settlements, partnered with experts across disciplines, and managed high-exposure cases requiring precision, preparation, and strong advocacy.

Before founding the firm, Cody gained invaluable insight into how judges analyze and rule on cases through years of judicial clerkship in a high-volume metropolitan court system. He drafted judicial decisions, managed complex dockets, conducted conferences, and worked directly with attorneys and judges to resolve disputes. That experience shaped his ability to build cases that withstand scrutiny and achieve successful outcomes.

Both New York and Atlanta are home to Cody—New York shaped his early life and perspective, while Atlanta has become the foundation of his legal career and community. That blend of experiences grounds the way he advocates for clients and understands their needs.

Cody earned his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Board and received awards for Best Brief and Best Oral Advocate.
